ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.37 of 2020 within the stipulated period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.37 of 2020 on 14.02.2020, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
