ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondent.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance Page No.2 of 4

with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the respondent deems fit to enquire, if required, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
