This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.28 of 2024 on the file of the Central Crime Branch Police Station, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police and the learned counsel for the private respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.28 of 2024, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 02.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20220002557C2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VII, Coimbatore City.

4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
