ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1 st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 11.08.2025 and to issue patta in survey number 437, 438 in Asoor (North) village, Vikkarawandi Taluk, Villupuram District.
2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 11.08.2025 before the respondents, for the issuance of patta for the land comprised in survey number 437, 438 in Asoor (North) village, Vikkarawandi Taluk, Villupuram District. However, the same has not st been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the 1 respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025.
4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, in the present case, no online application was received from the petitioner. If the petitioner filed an online application for the issuance of st respondent.

5.In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would advise his client to submit an application for issuance of patta through online, immediately.
6.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 7.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, it appears that though the petitioner made a representation dated 11.08.2025 before the respondents for issuance of patta, no online application has been submitted by him. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make an st application through online for issuance of patta. In which case, the 1 respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.08.2025 and the application and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the online application received from the petitioner for the issuance of patta.
