O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) & 351(3) & 109 of BNS 2023 r/w Section 25(1)(a) Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.204 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. The case of the prosecution is that the clash between students of two colleges in Chennai city at Tirutani Railway Station as alleged to register of case in Crime No.204 of 2025. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) produced the CCTV footage, which clearly discloses the role of the petitioners in chasing the de-facto complainant along with their squad . Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the crime alleged to have been committed by the petitioners in the public place, this Court is of the view that the anticipatory bail petition warrants dismissal. 2/4
