(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 24.03.2017 made in I.A.No.377 of 2016 in O.S.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coonoor, for permitting to cross-examine the Court Commissioner and for setting aside the report of the Court Commissioner. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.28 of 2013 was decreed by the judgment and decree dated 11.12.2020 and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
