This petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the writ appeal.

Ms.A.Shahana Fathima for M/s.B.Sivaraman, learned counsel, taking notice on behalf of the contesting first respondent, fairly submitted that she has no objection for condoning the short delay of 22 days in filing the writ appeal.

In view of the no objection given by learned counsel for the contesting first respondent and having satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 22 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
