This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in the date of order 19.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25541 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Mahila Court, Tiruppur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week from 09.12.2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
