O R D E R

The order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27986 of 2013 has been challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.82 of 2020 and by order dated 23.9.2020 Division Bench of this Court set aside the order passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. Pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the Government rejected the claim of the petitioner by its letter, dated 8.12.2021.

2. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
