Crl.M.P.No.485 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26998 of 2022 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26998 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illness, the petitioner is hospitalized and hence, he was unable to comply with the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26998 of 2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time to comply the above order is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of copy of this order.
