Vs K.VENKATESAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petitions Under Section 115 of CPC filed to set aside the order and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.470 of 2012 in O.S.No.147 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Kanchipuram dated 17/10/2016 and allow the CRP(NPD).No.3361/2017 Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 16/03/2021 and letter dated 07/10/2021 vide D.No.987/2021 from the The Principal Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, this Court made the following order: By the order dated 16.03.2021, this Court allowed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose the suit within a period of six months after compliance of certain conditions by the petitioner.

2.The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, by a letter to the Registry dated 07.10.2021, seeks extension of time on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation and the reasons stated by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of the

suit in O.S.No.147 of 2008 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
