W.M.P.No.34747 of 2024 in W.P.No.32003 of 2024 W.M.P.No.34747 of 2024 in W.P.No.32003 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice issued by the third respondent dated 04.09.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to support affidavit submitted that the writ petitioners were not served with the original impugned notice, it was only affixed on the wall and they have filed a photocopy of the impugned notice along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'I submits that as stated notice was only affixed and we took a photo and get printout hence the production original impugned notice may be dispense with.......'
