ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, who himself has been accused of illegal construction, has filed this petition seeking issuance of direction against the private respondents on the allegation of they having made illegal construction.

2. Leaving it open for the Corporation authorities to look into the issue, we are not inclined to proceed with the matter.
