This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27688 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
