ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for direction to issue Non Traceable Certificate in respect of missing Original Sale Agreements mentioned in the complaint dated 19.02.2024 and 24.06.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the SOP issued by the Commissioner of Police for issuing Non Traceable Certificate has to be followed. He further submits that as per the SOP issued by the Commissioner of Police vide RC.2029209/General(i) DGP/Head of Police Force dated 01.04.2020, the complaint of the petitioner will be investigated and disposed of.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible following the circular issued by the Director General of Police. No order as to costs.
