ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16574 of 2025, dated 04.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court since 08.09.2025.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16574 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. gbi 23-09-2025
