ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 25.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No. 19224 of 2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that aggrieved by the order dated 25.03.2024, passed in W.P.No. 19224 of 2023, the respondents had preferred writ appeal. It was disposed of with modification and also extending the time.

3.Therefore, in view of the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
