2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being frequently harassed by the second respondent police in the name of enquiry on the false complaint given by her creditors viz., Umashankar and Kumari.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the said complaint, current paper enquiry has been initiated and closed on the undertaking given by the parties that they would resolve the dispute among themselves.
