The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.231 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC.
2. It is stated that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.8351 of 2023 but however, he did not execute the sureties. He had filed an application seeking extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.6981 of 2023 and time was also granted. Again, he did not execute the sureties. Then the petitioner filed an application for further extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.8374 of 2023 and again, time was extended but still the petitioner had not executed the sureties.
3. It is also stated that investigation had been completed and absconding charge sheet had been filed before the Judicial Magistrate IV, C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
