This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.18725 of 2023, by an order dated 24.8.2023, to report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 am., until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
