ORDER

The allegation in this case is that on 02.02.2023, the accused snatched Rs.500/- from the complainant. The complainant is present and submits that she has received back the money. There is no previous case against the accused.

2. Considering the nature of the case, the absence of antecedents and the fact that the matter has been pending for years without progress, further continuation would only impinge upon the accused's right to a speedy trial. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. Page No.1 of 3

3. Accordingly, the C.C.No. 159 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands allowed.
