Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to forbear from laying down road under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) or initiating any steps pending final decision made in O.S.No. 214 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Sankari, by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.09.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.09.2024 forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from laying down road under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) or initiating any steps pending final decision made in O.S.No. 214 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Sankari.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 20 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
