This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15732 of 2023, by an order dated 19.7.2023, at para 5(b) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15732 of 2023, by an order dated 19.7.2023, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15732 of 2023, by an order dated 19.7.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
