Learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the appointment of the Advocate Commissioner, the respondents themselves have surrendered the vehicle.

2. The applicant was directed to pay initial remuneration of Rs.50,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, which has not been paid in view of the aforesaid developments.

3. However, considering the circumstances, the applicant shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within two weeks from today.
