2. By oversight, the apportionment of the Award amount has not been mentioned in the judgment dated 29.06.2022 and the same is rectified now by substituting the second sentence in paragraph 7 of the order, which reads as follows:- "The respondents 1 and 3 are directed to deposit 50% of the Award amount each to the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.2371 of 2012, 2381 of 2012 and 3047 of 2012 along with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of claim petition till the date of deposit and costs as awarded by the Tribunal, less, the amount, if any already deposited, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment".

2. In all other aspects, the earlier judgment dated 29.06.2022 shall remain unaltered.

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the judgment to the parties.
