of 2015 on the file of the XVIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 15.02.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 17.02.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 17.02.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
