This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20112 of 2023 to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till recording the evidence of prosecution witnesses and thereafter, once in every two weeks i.e., on first Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, apart from Court hearing dates.
