Learned counsel appearing for the applicant in Original Applications and other Arbitration Applications seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications and he has made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has also produced the letter sent by the applicant instructing to withdraw all these applications. In the said letter dated 01.03.2023, it has been stated as follows: "Further to the revocation of termination orders, the vendors Balaji Machine Works Pvt. Ltd and Mantra Industries Ltd have started the worn on restoration of CAS, SMS services fully and the system started functioning effectively from 17.02.2023 onwards and the LCOs are now able to access the SMS server and continue the usual activation deactivation of Set Top Boxes and remittance of the subscription demand for February 2023 tarted smoothly from 21.02.2023." 2.This Court vide order dated 21.12.2022, appointed a Technical Committee for transition from existing Embedded CAS of respondent with 1/4

another Embedded CAS of new OEM and ordered a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards initial remuneration for each of the members of the Technical Committee. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, the Technical Committee has rendered their service from time to time and submitted their report also. While appreciating the valuable services rendered by the members of the Technical Committee, more particularly to Mr.V.Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras, who has immediately acted upon to the order passed by this Court and nominated the Committee members, this Court feels it appropriate to order payment of additional remuneration to the Committee members. 3.Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the initial remuneration as ordered by this Court has been paid and he fairly acceded and assured that additional remuneration as fixed by this Court will also be paid by the respondent.

4.The additional remuneration payable to the Committee Members is fixed at a sum Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to each member of Technical Committee, which shall be paid by the respondent forthwith. 2/4

5.Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, these Original Applications and other Arbitration Applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 06.03.2023 rst 3/4
