ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to carry out Tiruppani works to the temple bearing No TM043044 Arulmigu Ayyanar Thirukoil, Aayanthur Village Kandachipurma Taluk, Villupurma District by inviting tender as is being followed in respect of other two temples at Aayanthur Village.

2. It is the case of the petitioner is the petitioner that the petitioner is a resident of Aayanthur Village and a staunch devotee of the deity Ayyanar. It is his grievance that the despite the notification for Kovil Thirupani works in the village with regard to the three temples including the subject temple, however, tender was issued for only two temples other than the subject temple and the fifth respondent is removed the idol from the Moolavar Sannathi. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking for koil Thirupani works. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that initially the

donors came forward to carry out the Tiruppani works, permission was granted, however, the permission is also cancelled and now, the first respondent himself is going to perform the Tiruppani works out of Common Good Fund and the Tiruppani works will be completed within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to carry out the Koil Tiruppani works out of Common Good Fund within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
