[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to file the present appeal as indigent persons by an order of exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.44,272.50 in the above civil miscellaneous appeal as the award dated 30.04.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.994 of 2018 on the file of III Additional District Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and he has no serious objection.
