A.No.5570 of 2023 in O.P.No.630 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicants/proposed petitioners, who are legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner - C.Rajan to implead themselves as petitioners 7 to 9 in the Original Petition.

2. According to the applicants, the 1st petitioner - C.Rajan died on 17.08.2023 leaving behind the applicants who are wife and sons of the deceased as his surviving legal heirs. Death certificate of the deceased 1st petitioner - C.Rajan and the legal heirship certificate have been produced. This court is satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed along with the application. This application is ordered accordingly.
