This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the direction issued to the petitioner to report before the Sirkali Police Station may be changed as Kundrathur Police Station. Accordingly, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, paragraph No.3 in the order dated 02.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17919 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25842 of 2022 shall be incorporated as follows:- "3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Kundrathur Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., for further period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. "

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 02.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17919 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25842 of 2022, as above and issue order copy afresh.
