This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamalle daily at 10.30 am until further orders in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26543 of dated 02.11.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed for a period of one week from today. Thereafter, from 12.12.2022 onwards, the petitioner is directed to comply the condition as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26543 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022.
