Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of declaration declaring that the Land Acquisition Proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of 1.13 acres comprised in Survey No.733/1 now sub-divided as Survey Nos.733/7B and 733/9B, situated at Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District covered by the notification issued under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms.No.139, Housing and
Urban Development Department, dated 22.12.1999 and Section 6 Declaration in G.O.Ms.No.114, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 17.03.1992 deemed to have lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of declaration declaring that the Land Acquisition Proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of 1.13 acres comprised in Survey No.733/1 now sub-divided as Survey Nos.733/7B and 733/9B, situated at Kalapatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District covered by the notification issued under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in G.O.Ms.No.139, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 22.12.1999 and Section 6 Declaration in G.O.Ms.No.114, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 17.03.1992 deemed to have lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and ReSettlement Act, 2013.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
