ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in connection with the case in FIR in Crime No.285 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case is almost completed and the final report will be filed shortly.

4. Taking into consideration of the above submission and taking note of the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2019, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition

is disposed.
