O.A.No.886 of 2023 in C.S. No.210 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondents/Defendants from taking or continuing employment with competitors of the Applicant so as to take advantage of the stolen confidential information of the Applicant/Plaintiff including trade secret pending disposal of the suit.

2. The learned cousel for the plaintiff seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Original Application.

3. Hence, this Original Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
