In both these applications, the order of interim injunction has been operating in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants.

2. It is complained by the learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the plaintiff that the defendants are still engaged in doing business contrary to the directions of this Court. It is therefore appropriate that the injunction is made absolute till the disposal of the suit.

3. Both the applications are closed.
