The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of immoral Trafficking Prevention Act, 1956 in Crime No.167 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is the owner of Bhaviyashree Unisex beauty care and SPA wherein, it is alleged that the petitioner and the manager were facilitating prostitution. It is also stated that the petitioner has two previous cases of similar nature and this is the 2nd anticipatory bail application.

3. In view of the facts stated, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.

4. The respondent shall take the petitioner into custody and report before this Court on 09.11.2023. List the matter once again on 09.11.2023.
