ORDER

This petition has been filed to give Police protection for the petitioner to have access to her agriculture lands to an extent of 1.52 acres in S.F.No.116/4 in Nachipalayam Village, Tiruppur Taluk and to restrain the respondents 2 to 4 from laying any fence in the above property.

2. The petitioner seeks Police protection against the second to fourth respondent who are restraining the petitioner and her family members from using the property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
