This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.878 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ambattur.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the suit is at the stage of filing of written statement and that Order VII Rule 11 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.R.P.No.4249 of 2024 petition is pending.

Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.878 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the disposal of Order VII Rule 11 CPC. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
