ORDER

In the year 1995, it is alleged that the accused had stolen a star delta motor starter. An F.I.R was registered against the three accused and the parent case in C.C.No.110 of 2995 was disposed of on admonition. The case was split up in respect of the second accused and assigned C.C.No.217 of 2010. The case property is also recovered. Thereafter, the case was again transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ariyalur and obtained C.C.No.14 of 2016. From that stage, the second accused is elusive and N.B.W is not Page No.1 of 3

executed and is pending. Considering the nature of case, no useful purpose is served in keeping the case pending.

2. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.900014 of 2016 of Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Ariyalur Taluk, Ariyalur, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.

25.08.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
