This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 28.10.2015 made in I.A.No.885 of 2014 in O.S.No.483 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Erode. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself was decred on 13.08.2019 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
