This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.100 of 2017 now pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirunallar Police Station, Karaikal. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that charge-sheet has been filed on 04.04.2018 and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.783 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karaikal. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
