ORDER
The application is filed by a third party claiming rights under a Will alleged to have been executed by the first defendant, Saradha Sadanand. The Will has not been probated. The said first defendant died on 19.07.2024 and her known legal heirs are already on record as the plaintiff and second defendant. If the applicant claims any rights through the second defendant by way of the Will, he must first establish the execution of the Will by obtaining probate or letters of administration as applicable. Therefore, the applicant cannot be impleaded as a party to the suit at this stage. Hence the application is dismissed.
