WMP.No.33057 of 2022 in WP.No.24968 of 2009 J. SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

It is represented by Mr.A.Vinothraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that inadvertently he has filed WMP.No.33057 of 2022 to condone the delay of 704 days in restoring the writ petition. But the earlier learned counsel who appeared for the petitioner has already filed WMP.No.2070 of 2020 to condone the delay of 356 days for restoring the writ petition. Hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this WMP.No.33057 of 2022 and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made in the Court bundle, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
