The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the Impugned Circular No.9/2019 Rc.No.RA.5(3)/180/2017 dated 24th September 2019 and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned Circular directs issuance of legal heir certificate only to Class I legal heirs and not to Class II legal heirs and hence challenging the same, the petitioner filed this writ petition, however, during the pendancy of this writ petition, relationship certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
