ORDER

The subject matter of challenge in the present application pertains to the condition imposed by the Appellate Court directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount while allowing the application filed for suspending the sentence.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 20% of the cheque amount has been deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
