ORDER

This case is registered for alleged offences under Section 384 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 05.06.2008. The mother's case in C.C.No.252 of 2008 proceeded further and resulted in an acquittal. The grounds for acquittal also apply to the present accused. The matter has been pending for the execution of the warrant since 12.06.2019. Considering the factual matrix, the context of the case, the background of the accused, the Page No.1 of 3

reason for his absence at his place of residence, and the submission made that, despite best efforts, the warrant could not be executed, it is clear that even if the accused faces trial, no useful purpose would be served.

2. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.102 of 2019 of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Senthurai Taluk, Ariyalur, stands quashed. 25.08.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
