This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 05.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9187 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5322 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two months i.e., on 1st working day of every alternative month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
