This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14056 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16328 of 2023 to report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Taluk Police station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks i.e., on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
